A farmhouse estate near Luz de Tavira on the Ria Formosa, built between 1870 and 1875 by the grandparents of its long-standing owner, Luiza Junqueira Reis. It originally comprised two houses, Casa da Eira and Casa das Flores, and produced its own wine until around 2000, after which the land was let for avocado growing and the house rented out. A Dutch couple bought and renovated the property in 2021. It is let as separate houses, among pine trees, a vineyard and an avocado orchard.
