A family-run bed and breakfast occupying two restored farmhouses, Casa de Eira and Casa do Monte, near Aljezur on the south-west coast. Both are traditional taipa buildings, their walls made of compacted earth and straw finished with natural pigments. The setting is forest within the protected coastal park, with undeveloped beaches and the town of Aljezur a short drive away.
